Wink Bingo has been voted as the Best New Online Bingo Website award at the Bingoport Players Choice Awards 2009 held at the Novotel Hotel in London on Friday 30 January. The annual event hosted by Bingoport and the awards are decided and voted for purely by bingo players themselves.

Wink Bingo received the most votes in the Best New Online Bingo Website category, and received the 2nd highest number of votes in the Best Online Bingo TV Commercial category. Also won two separate Bingostreet bingo awards: the Fastest Growing Online Bingo Site 2008, and the Bingo Site of the Year 2008.
